Delete your account

Account deletion is requested inside each product. Choose which one you'd like to leave and follow the exact steps — the request is then reviewed and approved.

2Request deletion in Lysta

    Open the Lysta app

    Launch Lysta on the device where you are signed in to your account.

    Go to Settings

    Open the Settings tab from the main navigation.

    Open Account

    Tap your profile / Account section inside Settings.

  4. 04

    Tap “Delete Account”

    Scroll to the bottom of Account and choose Delete Account.

    Lysta checks your eligibility

    The app automatically checks whether your account can be deleted right now.

    If not eligible yet, follow the steps shown

    If something is still pending, complete the steps Lysta lists so your account becomes eligible.

    Press “Request Account Deletion”

    Submit your deletion request directly from the app.

    We review & approve

    Our team reviews your request and approves it. Your account and all associated data are then permanently removed.

Once approved, this is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile, lists, items, and all associated data, and it cannot be recovered. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer open the app (for example, you lost your device), the account can be deleted for you. Reach out and say which product and the email on the account.
